These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the House of Atara Luxury Shortlets website, services, and accommodations.
By accessing our site or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

General Information

House of Atara Luxury Shortlets provides short-term accommodation services across select locations in Nigeria.
Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, secure, and memorable stay.

Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

  • Confirmation details will be sent to your provided email once your booking is processed.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if payment is not received or if details provided are incomplete.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may attract additional charges.

  • Guests are required to present valid identification at check-in.

Payments & Security Deposits

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and approved payment gateways.

  • A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in to cover potential damages or policy breaches.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after check-out, subject to property inspection.

 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in may qualify for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or “no-shows” will not be refunded.

  • Long-stay and promotional bookings may have different cancellation policies — please check your booking confirmation.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition throughout their stay.

  • Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

  • Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

House of Atara Responsibilities

  • We ensure that all properties are clean, secure, and equipped as advertised.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  • In the unlikely event of maintenance issues, our team will make every effort to resolve them promptly.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled with care.
We collect only the necessary details to process bookings and improve our services.
We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without consent.

Limitation of Liability

House of Atara Luxury Shortlets shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage suffered during your stay, except where caused by our proven negligence.

  • Interruption of utilities or services beyond our control (e.g., power outages, internet disruptions).

  • Third-party activities or transportation services booked independently by guests.

Changes to These Terms

House of Atara Luxury Shortlets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Revised versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
